1.5 MILLION LIRA NEW RESOURCE FOR INVESTMENTS IN TALAS
3 pieces of immovable property, owned by Talas Municipality, were sold through auctions. 1 million 515 thousand liras of income was obtained from the sale of the land to be used as a resource for the services and investments to be realized by Talas Municipality.
Mayor of Talas, Mustafa Yalçın, thanked the participants in his short speech before the tender and said, “Municipalities convert real estate into money and use them for service and investment. These immovables that we put up for sale will also turn into investments in our district. Good luck to those who are already. Thank you all for participating."
Later, the real estate properties were sold. In the first tender where intensive bargain took place, the villa parcel at the intersection of Reşadiye Mahallesi Huzur Street and Çisem Street was sold to Duman Plan Taahhüt Ltd. Şti. for 570 thousand liras.
