Mayor PhD. Mustafa Palancıoğlu stated that they were building extremely modern and livable residences with social facilities by demolishing the risky buildings in the neighborhoods with urban transformation projects, and he went on to say, "Every citizen living in Melikgazi is valuable to us. We strive to create spaces where they can safely live in peace by improving their quality of life. With the projects developed by our municipality, we are coming to the end of the works carried out in our Karacaoğlu, Küçükali, Kazım Karabekir and Anbar Neighborhoods. We deliver the flats one by one to the families with the ceremonies held. This winter, they will live in a healthy, modern apartment with all kinds of social equipment. We are very happy for this."
